1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received a defective/damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is out of stock after payment.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (customer must provide details).
3. Return & Exchange
- Products can be returned/exchanged within [7 days] of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags & packaging intact
- Accompanied by invoice/order details
4. How to Request a Refund/Return

- Unboxing video
- Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup.
- Refund/exchange will be initiated after inspection.
