1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  • You received a defective/damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is out of stock after payment.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (customer must provide details).

3. Return & Exchange

  • Products can be returned/exchanged within [7 days] of delivery
  • Items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags & packaging intact
  • Accompanied by invoice/order details
