1. Order Cancellation

• Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Jewellery Shop reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Product delivered is damaged or defective.
2. Product received is different from the one ordered.
3. Order cancelled before dispatch.

• Customized jewellery and made-to-order designs are non-refundable.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, with the original bill and packaging.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Price differences for exchanged items (if any) must be settled by the customer.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable for:

• Customized or engraved jewellery
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging or invoice
