





Refunds & Cancellation

At Jewellery Shop, we aim to ensure every purchase brings joy to our customers. Please read our Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Jewellery Shop reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product delivered is damaged or defective.
- Product received is different from the one ordered.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Customized jewellery and made-to-order designs are non-refundable.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, with the original bill and packaging.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Price differences for exchanged items (if any) must be settled by the customer.
4. Non-Eligible Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable for:
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or invoice
