Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
- You must request a refund within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
